What should I do with my child's school supplies?
Bring them to open house! There will be bins ready to collect your student's supplies so they won't have to worry about them on the first day of school - they will already be in the classroom, ready to go!
What is the best way to communicate with Ms. Trudell?
The Class Dojo App is my MAIN form of communication. See the Class Dojo page in the navigation section of my website.
Further contact can be through email or phone, although Dojo is almost immediate and I check it more frequently.

Can I come volunteer in my child's classroom?
Absolutely! Collectively, the Kindergarten team asks that parents do not start to volunteer or come to lunch until October. The first month is CRUCIAL when it comes to students getting acclimated and comfortable with their new learning environment. We want them to be as independent as possible, as soon as possible.
After the first few weeks, you may come volunteer or visit your child at lunch.
YOU MUST HAVE THE DISTRICT BACKGROUND CHECK COMPLETED.

How often should I check my student's Take Home Folder?
Please check your student's folder EVERY single day. I often send home important forms or papers, and the sooner you see them, the better! Also, it's so fun to see all the awesome things your student is working on in our classroom. Some days they will have lots of things in their folder, some days they won't have anything. It just depends on the day!
